The magnificent Salar de Uyuni with its 10,582 square kilometers (4,085 square miles) is the largest salar in the world. Where you can see a fantastic landscape of salt and surreal landscapes of deserts and colored lagoons that houses the Eduardo Avaroa Reserve.
The surface in winter time (dry season, from May to October), have an appearance of geometric figures formed by the particles of salt agglomerated in polygons. In summer (water season, November to March) the white desert is transformed into a gigantic mirror, where you can see the pure blue sky.

Salida muy temprano cerca de las 04:30 a.m. para ir por más o menos media hora hasta llegar al pie del volcán Licancabur. Ascensión al volcán por casi seis horas hasta el tope. En plena cima del volcán se puede apreciar una laguna y ver el extenso paisaje del altiplano. Descenso del volcán que toma cuatro horas aproximadamente.
